Calcutta High Court Lower Division Assistant Recruitment will be conducted for 291 vacancies of Lower Division Assistant on the Appellate Side and Original Side Establishments of the High Court at Calcutta. This includes 39 existing and 7 expected vacancies on the Original Side, and 183 existing and 62 expected vacancies on the Appellate Side.

Pay Scale (Level in Pay Matrix)
The pay scale for the Lower Division Assistant position is classified under Level 6 of the Pay Matrix, ranging from Rs. 22,700 to Rs. 58,500. The minimum pay at Rs. 24,100/- along with other allowances as admissible under the relevant rules.
Educational Qualification
- Must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (12th standard) from the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its Equivalent examination from a recognized Council/ Board.
