01. Associate Professor :
Industrial Psychology/ Organisational Psychology / Educational Measurement / Psychological Measurement / Psychometrics / HR
Age Limit:
- Minimum: 42 years
- Maximum: 50 years
- i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1969 and not later than 01.08.1977 (both dates inclusive)
Educational Qualifications: Essential: A Ph.D. or equivalent degree in the discipline with at least 55% marks in Postgraduation
Post Qualification Minimum Work Experience: Minimum Eight years post qualification (after Ph.D.) experience in Teaching / Research and/or Industrial / Professional experience of which at least three years should be at the level of Assistant Professor at an institution of repute
Compensation: The pay scales/bands offered by the Institute to Associate Professor will be as under:
- Grade- H
- Academic Level- 13A2
- Basic Pay- 1,39,600
- Total emolument at the beginning of the scale- 1,97,920
02. Assistant Professor :
Industrial psychology / Organisational Psychology / Educational Measurement / Psychological Measurement / Psychometrics / HR
Age Limit:
- Minimum: 35 years
- Maximum: 45 years
- i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1974 and not later than 01.08.1984 (both dates inclusive)
Educational Qualifications: Essential: A Ph.D. or equivalent degree in the discipline with at least 55% marks in Postgraduation
Post-Qualification Minimum Work Experience: Minimum Four years post qualification (after Ph.D.) experience in Teaching / Research and/or Industrial / Professional experience at an institution of repute
Compensation: The pay scales/bands offered by the Institute to Associate Professor and Assistant professor will be as under:
- Grade- G
- Academic Level- 12
- Basic Pay- 1,01,500
- Total emolument at the beginning of the scale- 1,46,104
IBPS Recruitment 2019 || Selection Process: The shortlisted candidates will subsequently be called for further process of Selection which may include (1) Aptitude and Subject knowledge Item writing Test (2) Group Discussion, Presentation OR any other Simulation Exercises (3) Personal Interview. Selection will be made by a committee and such selection will be Final.
