- Research Officer: 24 posts
- Chief Research Manager: 01 post
Qualification:
Research Officer:
Full Time Ph.D in Chemistry (Organic / Inorganic / Physical / Analytical / Organo-Metallics / Polymer) / Electro-Chemistry / Catalysis/ Material Sciences With minimum 65% marks in graduation as well as in Post graduation.
Chief Research Manager:
Full-Time Ph.D. in Biotechnology / Microbiology / Molecular Biology With minimum 65 % marks in graduation as well as in Postgraduation with Minimum 15 years of experience in the relevant area after Ph.D. for Grade E. The experience should be in Industrial Biotechnology / Bio-Energy / Bioprocess / Bioremediation/ Molecular Biology / Enzymology. The experience should reflect capabilities for leading research projects.
- Percentage of marks in the qualifying degree examination is relaxed to 55% for SC / ST / PwBD category candidates
Age Limit:
As per the official notification of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Maximum age limit is 32 years for Research Officers & 45 years for Chief Research Manager. Relaxation in maximum age is given below:
Salary / Pay Scale:
Post Wise Salary Details are given below :
- For the post of Chief Research Manager’s pay scale is Rs. 100000 – 260000/-, Salary Grade- E
- For the post of Research Officer pay scale is Rs. 60000 – 180000/-, Salary Grade- A
- In addition, the selected candidates will receive Dearness Allowance (DA) and other allowances, according to the rules of the Corporation in force, as amended from time to time.
Application Fees :
As per the official notification of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Candidates belonging to General, OBC, EWS, Ex-servicemen categories are required to deposit Rs 300/- as application fee. SC/ST/PwBD candidates will be exempted from payment of application fee.
