No. of Vacancies: Intelligence Branch (IB) is recruiting 17 Vacancies for the post of Senior Software Developer (SSD), Software Developer (SD), Software Support Personnel (SSP) and Data Entry Operator.
West Bengal IB jobs Vacancy Details & Eligibility Conditions:
1. Senior Software Developer (SSD):
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: 1st Class MCA or 1st Class M.Sc. in IT/ Computer Science or 1st Class BE in IT/ Computer Science or 1st Class B.Tech in IT/ Computer Science with 05 years of working experience as Software Developer in Govt. Project or in reputed MNC.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years as of 31/05/2019.
Remuneration: Rs.30,000/- per month.
2. Software Developer (SD):
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: 1st Class MCA or 1st Class M.Sc. in IT/ Computer Science or 1st Class BE in IT/ Computer Science or 1st Class B.Tech in IT/ Computer Science with skill in software design, development, documentation & implementation support.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years as of 31/05/2019.
Remuneration: Rs.25,000/- per month.
3. Software Support Personnel (SSP):
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos.
Educational Qualification: PGDCA/ B.Sc.(Computer Science)/ BCA/ DOEACC ‘A’ level course of three-year duration or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institute with skill in-
i) Installation and maintenance of application software & DBMS.
ii) Implementation Support.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years as of 31/05/2019.
Remuneration: Rs.16,000/- per month.
4. Data Entry Operator:
No. of Vacancies: 10 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Graduation with a Certificate in Computer Applications.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years as on 31/05/2019.
Remuneration: Rs.11,000/- per month.
West Bengal IB jobs Application procedure: According to the official notification of West Bengal IB the application procedure is given below:
1) Download the application form from www.policewb.gov.in website.
2) Fill in the downloaded forms and send the same by post addressed to the Additional Director General of Police, IB, West Bengal or drop it in the earmarked box placed on the ground floor of the Intelligence Branch, West Bengal, 13 Lord Sinha Road, Kolkata-71.
3) Self-attested photocopy of the following documents to be attached with the application.
i) Copy of certificate/ mark sheet of educational qualifications.
ii) Copy of Birth certificate/ Admit card of Madhyamik or equivalent as age proof.
iii) A copy of the document as proof of residential address (preferably Aadhar card)
5) Applicant should mention the post applied for on the envelope.
After the screening the applications, eligible candidates would be intimated in due course for attending the written test/practical test/ interview at each stage.
