Staff Selection Committee (SSC) conducted the Computer Based Exam for Grade C and D shorthand exam, 2018 from 05/02/2019 to 08/02/2019 in various centers across India. For a total of 436,910 registered candidates, 185,356 candidates appeared on the computer-based written test. Based on the candidates’ performance on the computer-based test, 11,211 candidates qualified to appear on the proficiency test for a Class C shorthand writing position and 15,953 candidates provisionally qualified to appear on the proficiency test for a grade D stenographer job.
